Questionnaire
You’ll be sent a questionnaire to gather all the details I need to create a custom quote for you.
These details will ensure I have the information I need to provide pricing and design notes promptly.
Quote & Initial Design
You will receive a custom quote and design notes. We’ll discuss your quote, and you can ask any questions and discuss general design direction over email.
Contract
Once you feel ready, I will send you a contract to sign.
A 30% retainer will also be required to officially reserve your date.
Design Process
I’ll craft an in-depth custom design proposal, including color palette, flower types, moodboard, & floral mock-ups. We will schedule a call to discuss your notes and any revisions you may want to make.
Event Day!
Now is the time for you to forget all of your worries! My team and I will ensure your flowers are delivered & installed flawlessly, and and removed afterwards within the venue’s time requirements.

I will email you a questionnaire to gather all the details I need to create a custom quote for you. The details you provide will ensure I have all of the information I need to provide pricing and design guidance promptly.
Please provide as much detail as possible here. There is no such thing as too much info at this step of the process :) I also encourage you to include links to your Pinterest boards, any inspiration images, etc.
Quote & Design Notes

After you complete your questionnaire, I will send you a custom quote and design notes**. We can discuss the quote over email to make general design tweaks, answer any questions, add arrangements, etc.
We can also hop on a quick call if you need any additional clarification before booking.
**The design notes you receive at this point in the process will give you a sense of the general design direction I envision. Once a deposit is made, you will receive complete designs and more in-depth details.
Contract

I will send you a contract to sign, and invoice for a non-refundable 30% retainer will be collected to reserve your date. From there, we begin planning intentionally and at your pace.
The remainder of your balance will be due no later than 2 weeks before your event. I will send you a payment reminder 30 days before your event.
The Design Process

This is where things get fun! After signing your contract and sending the retainer, I will begin crafting an in-depth custom design proposal for you. This will include a color palette, flower types, a moodboard illustrating the overall vibe I envision, and finally, visual mock-ups of each arrangement.
We then schedule a call to go over the proposal together so I can get all of your notes and tweaks on the design so I can make any necessary revisions.
Final Payment

The remainder of your balance will be due no later than 2 weeks before your event.
I will email you a reminder 30 days before your event date, and again on the day it is due. If you are late paying your remaining balance a late fee will be added to your invoice. If the balance is not paid one week before the event day, you forfeit your retainer and your contract will be cancelled.
